The following information for contracts concluded online within the scope of remote sales does not constitute contractual terms. The contractual terms are contained in our General Terms and Conditions.
1. Technical steps leading to the finalization of the contract
Once you have found your preferred product in our online shop and, if applicable, selected further options associated with the product, the product is placed in your personal shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. You have the option to remove the respective product from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Remove" box.
You can now select further products by using the navigation functions of the shop. You can view all the details of your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart window.
Once you have decided to purchase the products in your personal shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button. You will now be guided through the ordering process, in which you must fill in the required information.
After you have filled in all the fields, you will be asked to accept our General Terms and Conditions in the next step. Please read them carefully. You will then confirm with a mouse click that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions. To continue with the ordering process, click on the "continue" button.
At the end of the ordering process, the address data you have already entered will appear. You can change these at any time. Please check now whether the shipping address and billing address are correct and correct them if necessary by clicking on the "Change address" button. The order is then completed by clicking on the button "Buy now!
You hereby submit a binding offer to us with regard to all goods in the shopping basket. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately. Your offer to conclude a purchase contract will be accepted by us by means of the confirmation e-mail automatically generated by our ordering system, at the latest, however, by handing over the ordered products.
2. Storage of the contract text and access for the customer
We store your ordering data and send them to you together with our General Terms and Conditions with the order confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise, you will not be able to access your ordering data.
3. Input error
You may correct your input before the ordering procedure is completed by clicking on "edit". You can also interrupt the whole ordering procedure at any time. In the case of an interruption your data will not be saved.
4. Contract language
You have the option of concluding contracts with us in German, and English.
II. Means of payment
In our store you can basically use the following payment methods:
Credit card:
During the order process you will provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal:
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions in the order process.
III. Delivery restrictions
We generally deliver within Europe (politically) as well as to Switzerland.
On individual request by e-mail, we also deliver to other countries after an adequate review.
IV. Date of delivery
The shipping period shall be understood as the period between the submission of the order by the consumer and delivery.
The shipping time within Germany is approx. 3 to 5 days, within other European countries approx. 1 to 3 weeks.
For countries that are not listed in our online shop as countries to which we generally deliver and with regard to which we request an individual enquiry by e-mail, the expected delivery date will be communicated individually.
V. Terms of delivery and service
Shipping costs will be added to the listed product prices. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs at the offers.
We deliver only by mail order. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
