MARLIES GRACE has a 14-day return policy. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date through our returns portal.
Products may be returned for a refund to the original payment method or for store credit – you'll select your preferred method when initiating your return. A prepaid return label will be provided. The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund and varies by region:
United States – $10 USD
Canada – $35 CAD
Europe / UK – €30 / £25
Rest of World – $35 USD
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage, stains, odors, or makeup. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline a refund if these conditions aren't met; declined returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account, subject to your bank's processing times.
Any parcel returned after the 14-day window will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
SALE items are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
