If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date ofdelivery by email at contact@marliesgrace.com with a copy of the order confirmation, clearimages of the damage, and a description so that our quality and product teams can review.
We understand that our customers can change their mind and we are always happy to arrangeexchanges. Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. They must bereturned in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all tags, accessories).Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to thesender. Please reach out to contact@marliesgrace.com to request an exchange. If theexchange request is approved, you will ship back the original item (returns are free within theEurozone. A return fee of 40€ applies for the rest of the world, deducted from the refundamount) and once the original item is received in our warehouse, the replaced item will beshipped to you at no charge.
