MARLIES GRACE has a 14-day return policy. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date through our Returns Portal. Items are returned for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit — you'll choose when you start your return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage, stains, odors, or makeup. All returns are inspected on arrival.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

All returns are subject to inspection. If an item doesn't meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund — declined returns are sent back to you at your expense.

No. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. We ship from the US.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving your return. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Any parcel returned after the 14-day window will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@marliesgrace.com with your order confirmation, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description so our team can review.
