How do I return

To return an item, please fill out our return form. You can access the form here

What items are returnable?
  •  Items in perfect, unused, sellable condition are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all tags, accessories).
What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • All ARCHIVE AND/OR PROMOTIONAL SALE items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is.
The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery by email at contact@marliesgrace.com with a copy of the order confirmation, clear images of the damage, and a description so that our quality and product teams can review.

Can the items be exchanged?

We understand that our customers can change their mind and we are always happy to arrangeexchanges. Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. They must bereturned in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all tags, accessories).Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to thesender. Please reach out to contact@marliesgrace.com to request an exchange. If theexchange request is approved, you will ship back the original item (returns are free within theEurozone. A return fee of 40€ applies for the rest of the world, deducted from the refundamount) and once the original item is received in our warehouse, the replaced item will beshipped to you at no charge.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received by our warehouse team and passes through qualitycontrol, you will be notified by email. If your return request is approved, the refund will beprocessed, and payment remitted within 14 days from the date of approval. Kindly note thatprocessing times vary by bank, please reach out to your bank directly for further information

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned.

Who pays for the return shipping?

At Marlies Grace, we cover the cost of return shipping. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
